To register for our workshops, please complete this form. Payment in full along with a signed release will confirm your request. Thank you!

Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy:

To allow time for planning, timely registration is important!

A completed and signed release form along with payment in full is required for each person participating in the photography workshops instructed by Gregg Adams Photography. Participant is not registered until payment and form is received prior to the workshop.

We rely on your attendance to make arrangements for each workshop. If for any reason you need to withdraw, please notify us 14 days or more before the start date of your workshop. At that time we will refund your workshop fee by check, less a $10 cancellation fee. No refund of any fees will be made for withdrawal less than 14 days prior to the workshop or after the workshop begins. Gregg Adams Photography is not responsible for cancellations due to medical reasons or emergencies. In the event that a workshop must be canceled due to inadequate enrollment, fees received by you are refunded in full.
